Book Review : An Accidental Awakening: It’s not about yoga; It’s about family by Stephanie Hrehirchuk

This is a very long due post and I am very sorry for taking so long to post this.

The book “Accidental Awakening” by Stephanie Hrehirchuk is told in the style of self-help memoir. I am sure this book will inspire all of us and if you are someone who feels stuck in life, this book is for you.

You have so much to gain from this book and there is no doubt that you are going to enjoy this book from cover to cover. She passionately shares her story of how she transformed her life after a spinal injury and I am sure, her journey will encourage anyone to move many steps ahead in life and I personally think moms can feel an instant connection with her right from page 1.

The characters that helped her heal and evolve through her spiritual journey and family life are so interestingly defined and you might even feel intrigued to get to know them in person. Stephanie has been very honest about her thoughts and troubles she had to go through in this journey.

The story of her transformation is just amazing and I am sure we all have something to learn from it. This book just doesn’t give you the pleasure of reading an excellent story about how someone rebuilt their life. It also makes you think and motivates you to work more on yourself in physical, mental and spiritual levels. The book will help you view life from a broader perspective.

I strongly recommend this book for all of my readers. Personally, as a mother, I could relate myself to many of her experiences and I am really glad I got to know of Stephanie and her book.
